employeesurveyquestions.com is published by thrive at work, a workforce performance platform built around capacity and engagement. thrive at work sells an employee survey, so this site is not independent of it.

The questions on this site are written for general use. They are not the questions in the thrive at work survey, and they are free to copy, edit and use in any survey tool, with or without thrive at work.

How the questions are written

• Each question covers one idea and uses words people use at work.
• Statements use a consistent 5-point agreement scale.
• Pages are reviewed at least once a year. The review date is at the bottom of every page.
• No page claims results that a question list cannot deliver.

Corrections and questions

If something is wrong or unclear, tell us through the thrive at work contact page and mark the message "Correction". Corrections are made once the point has been checked.
